This award-winning, 50-bed Critical Access Hospital located in Southwest Colorado is seeking CRNA's to join a team of 6 in a full-time role. This hospital is focused on giving its CRNA's a nice work/life balance with the ability to have lucrative income potential.



The Position:

• Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm schedule

• All CRNA group composed of 6 total providers

• Work-Life Balance Oriented Schedule - no nights

• Case mixture includes OB, orthopedics, general surgery, and some trauma

• Compensation package includes a Base Salary starting at $260,000 with production upside, Sign-on/Relocation of $50,000, Loan Repayment up to $150,000, Full Benefits, PTO, and more
